Due to the current situation, our staff will only be sending orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. We are working to the best of our ability to get your orders out to you as safely and quickly as possible. We're also experiencing minor delays through our postal service, DHL Express - from the day you receive shipping confirmation, please allow approximately 6 business days (for metro areas) and up to 10 business days (for all other areas) to receive your order. SHIPPING WITH ARTHUR
Arthur ships all orders directly from Bali, Indonesia via DHL Express and charge a flat rate per order. All orders will be shipped within 48 business hours of receiving order confirmation unless purchased as pre-sale. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and unique tracking number to track the delivery of your goods. Please note that changes or cancellations of orders can only be made prior to receiving your shipping confirmation.
All purchases made after business hours, on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Please note -
DHL do not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm Mon-Fri.
When filling out your shipping details, please be sure to enter a valid email address and contact number. Once your order is in transit, DHL will confirm via email/SMS how the customer would like to receive the package.
Australia & Singapore - $15.00 AUD (2-3 business days)
USA & New Zealand- $20.00 AUD (2-3 business days)
UK & Europe - $25.00 AUD (2-5 business days)
Indonesia - $5.00 AUD (1-3 business days)
Asia, Canada, Mexico, South & Central America - $25.00 AUD (2-5 business days)
These delivery times are estimates only and are to be used as a guide only for metropolitan areas, and commence from the date of dispatch. For rural/remote areas, please allow 5-7 business days from dispatch.
If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact DHL Express immediately. You can contact them on 13 14 06 (Australia) and make sure you have your tracking number handy. If you're calling from another country, please refer to their website for the contact number.
All packages sent by Arthur Apparel require signature on delivery. DHL will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm you will be present to sign, otherwise you are able to authorise the package to be left without signature. Arthur Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.
IMPORT DUTY AND CUSTOMS
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release you order from customs on arrival. Arthur Apparel will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you make yourself familiar with your package destination's import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it's rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. Rejected packages will not be received by Arthur, therefore a refund will not issued. Please purchase mindfully.
